NEVER get too close to him is the thing you need to remember. And once he stops to fire something at you, that's your time to hit him. After you hit him, quickly run away from him. Repeat this to defeat him.

To beat him just run wait untill he gets some chairs or boxes with that power he has when he does that attack him one time then run and repeat eveything that I said.That's the way I beat he's very easy to beat.
