How do you beat the last Mephiles when his life is near the bottom and I don't have boost 3, he uses a thing where he multiplies himself and gets a bomb, he's far too high! How do you beat him? Please Help!

First of all, what time are you fighting him.

First: Use the small clones to jump and hit him.

Second: Keep getting energy from the giants and use Chaos Blast to get Mephiles to come down.
