U do last episode three times [to get last episode, you complete sonic's,shadow's,and silvers episodes]
Don't know for sure, but I think you have to beat the game first and do the levels afterwards.
Disregard the other answer. There is no Super Sonic, Super Shadow and Super Silver outside of Last Story, sorry to disappoint you.
