Tag Battle and Silver's Action Questions

In two player tag battle, can you choose which place you do? It says you have to complete all the stages, and I did, 'S's on all of them, but I have not unlocked the choices yet. Now what?

Also, I have the Sonic the Hedgehog guide book, and it says that you can purchase the Speed Chip, an item that increases Silver's running speed. I cannot find it in any of his shops. Help!

1.You can choose where to go in a Tag-Team stage but you have to clear it with all hedgehogs in all comboination(Sonic and Shadow, Sonic and Silver, and Shadow and Silver).

2.I think you can find the Speed Chip in the very first shop which is in the Soleanna Forest. If you bought it,just double tap the A button.
