Ok.... I'm reeeaaaallllly comfused here.

On the main page here it says you CAN get Roughe, AMy, Omega,and so fourth by meeting the requiremetns shown, but then some eople say either that, it's not true alltogether, or no it's just a portrait, but one even said they have unlocked Tails.


What am I supposed to do or believe, I don't wanna waste my time getting an S rank on everything hoping to get a new person if I'm really only going to get a gold medal.

I'll appriciate lots of replys to this and lots of good answers please V-V.
