Ok I can help you it means buy all the items from the shop like that black guy or the computer shop and uall get the achievement. But the only way to do that is the money problem. You will have to replay aquatic base multiple times after you beat the game as sonic for enough rings to do so. And also act trial doesnt give any rings so what I mean is replay final level and boss through story because you can replay final lev after you beat game by going to the place you started the level.
