Yeah it's a difficult treasure to obtain, as soon as you start the mission (after you crash into the volcano) blast away at the pillar of rock holding the arch way (just past the collapsable bridge) to make it crumble and fall [RPG works best], then as you run from wesker and fall down look to your left. There will be a stepping stone across to another platform, quickly leap over (otherwise wesker will have his way with you) and the treasure should be right there (diamond marquise). But to get back to fight wesker you need to wait for him to jump to the stepping stone then right as he jumps over to your platform jump past him. If you're struggling I can help you GT: DUKE 4 DEAD.
