Does anybody no how to get stage 4 parts on your car on need for speed pro street it would really help me out thanks

Most likely after you dominate the race day (higher up the tree of race events) and get to choose from the reward makers. I've gotten a few level 4 parts this way but don't know of any other way. Try the cheat to unlock everything.

There used to be a code which unlocked all lvl 4 parts but xbox admin put a new patch which fixed the code. The only way to possibly get it is by winning and dominating races. Good luck though as it will often give you parts you already have
