How do you customise your cars??? Do you have to complete a certain level before it becomes availiable

In Order To modify cars you must go to "cars" in career then go to a car, click on it and scroll to "reset Blueprint" then click on it again to "creazte blueprint.

Wen you choose a map press b and ull go to a page where you can
Buy cars and sell them and upgrade a gd tip if you get a free car marker
Save it and buy a zonda like I have it's the best over 1000bhp
To costomize your car go to were you would select to buy a car but go to the other option right belowe it. It should say garage. Scroll to the car you wish to costomize. Click on it and go to blueprint.then go to body and it should sat decals and vinyls. Pick either one. Then design it as you want. I apoligize in advance if I skiped a step I haven't played in a couple weeks.
