I've played well over 50 games on xbox live and well over 100, but I still haven't got the two acheivements for online leutenant or online colonel, does anyone know why?

You have to win most of them, and get your XP Level up. When it says XP Level of 23, it means you must win a certain amount of races and then your XP Level will go up to the necessary level.
