I know how to buy cars and where to go but I was wondering when I buy a car do I have to unlock all the stuff with the stock car or can I unlock them and buy the parts when I get the car? I bought a car and found out I needed to unlock the parts again so I was just curious so I don't buy another car and not beable to fix it up.

There are 3 tiers of care tier 1,2 and 3. If you unlock a tier 1 nos kit for example you can install this on any tier 1 car however if you buy a tier 2 car you will need to unlock the tier 2 nos kit. You unlock tier 1 parts in the first area, tier 2 parts in the following two areas, and you start to unlock tier 3 parts when you have defeated the 3 bosses for the first time.
