Shao Khan is quiet simple, old school rule, jump over him all the time, espescially when he throws his hammer, use at least a 3hit combo followedby an uppercut, and then get you behind out of there. Do the same thing a few times and then give hime an X-Ray doesnt do much damage, time consuming but effective. Dont attempt to block, avoid at all costs.

The best way to beat him is to jump or teleport slot using combos and x ray
