Whenever I play my mass effect dlc, my character and the squadmates are always twitching, even when I'm not moving. Shepards head will twitch in random diections, even looking backwards sometimes. And, Every once in a while the sound will stop and I cannot hear anything anyone says or any gunfire or sound effects at all. Does anyone else ever have this problem? And can it be fixed?

You probably got a bad download. You can delete it and try again, and see if this time it downloads correctly. Other than that, I don't know what to do.
