How do you get Magneto,Nightcrawler and venom on the 360?

You must buy the heroes and villians pack on the xbox live marketplace for about 800 msp. ($10 usd)
The downloadable content... 8 new available characters in all... Were only available for a short time. I do not know why they were pulled, but I had heard rumors that the download's were glitchy and affected save capability.
Not to fear... Especially for those who missed the download.
Any one who finds the 'Gold Edition' or 'Platinum Edition' of this game will get the 8 characters included in these upgraded editions.
The 8 characters are:
Hawkeye
Hulk
Cyclops
Nightcrawler
Magneto
Sabertooth
Venom
Dr. Doom
They are also accompanied by more gamer acheivements.
Note: The difference btween 'Gold' and 'Platinum' is merely a bonus DVD added to the latter.
