The easiest way to save her is to use some one with slow time power. Use slow time or what ever it is called ( spider sense, stop time ) run straight for the tower you need to destroy, leave the bad guy alone for now. When you get to the room with Lilandra in it destroy the tower then go to the consel to the right of her. Destroy it, it is not that hard on easy or normal, but hard is dificult. As long as you keep your team together and tell them to attack the consel with you your good. You get more time added to the count down with every tower you destroy so don't miss any before you get here, there should only bee one more in the next room.
