Alright, I had trouble with this as well, so I thought I would do a diagram for each panel, and post on here, so I hope it makes sense.
First the legend
X - means that nothing needs to be put there
* - means that it's just a gap
R - is the fuse that looks like a r
T - is the fuse that looks like a T
+ - is the fuse that likes like the plus symbol
The numbers mean that is the voltage I got when I did this.
Panel 1 (In the hallway)
* 50 * * 10 *
R T * are are *
+ * * T T 5
* T are * * *
* * * * * 40

Panel 2 (By the gym)
* * 55 * * *
* + * T are *
T * * * are 30
* + * X * 25

Panel 3 (In the bedroom)
* 35 * * *
* + T are *
T are X are 55
T * + + 10

I hope this makes sense. If not just ask again and I will try explain it. Also You will have to figure out which way the are and T fuses go. I'm not going to be that kind :)
