Basically, what you have to do, is get the correct amount of voltage, to each voltmetre.

You start with 100 volts, and, using the fuses, you have to complete the circuit to each voltmetre, getting the correct amount of volts, to make it go green.

You have three types of fuses, the smallest takes away 5 volts, and middle one takes 15, and the cross takes out 30 volts. These are difficult as you get on, (even more difficult after the hatch).

If you are still stuck, after knowing how to do it, ask again, and I'll see if I can take some pictures of them, so you can just copy, as it's difficult to explain the actual answers.
