Question for LEGO Harry Potter: Years 1-4

I've gone back to collect character tokens. I know Cho Chang is in the upstairs part of the owlery but the owl elevator won't go up when I stand on it. How do you fix it? And including Cho I have 4 tokens missing. Any ideas where I could find the last three?

Cast on the left side chest then put the chest over the bird feeder to spawn the set of owls -- go up the stairs and build the LEGO pieces into a platform. Now go to the enclosed passage upon the right wall and very carefully move the egg within the wall passage onto the ground and cast it to reveal an owl. Up the left staircase you will stand on the platform and the owls should bring you up to the floor above. On the second floor there will be three records you need to place onto the record player --- the first record is on the floor, the second is in the chest to the right, and the third is inside the last cabinet on the right.
