Stuck - objects with red sparkles

This is sort of two questions in one. First of all, how do you interact with/blow up/get rid of objects that have red sparkles? I have done all the levels but am trying to get 100% completion and these objects keep appearing and I don't know what to do with them. Nothing I've tried seems to work and I have bought all the spells from Diagon Alley and I'm not convinced you need to be a specific character. Following this, in the first charms classroom you go into (not the one you learn lumos in) there is a trap door which I have gone down and now can't get back out of. There is a big boulder with red sparkles down there but like I say, I don't know what to do with it. If I exit the game or just go back to the Leaky Cauldron and then return to Hogwarts I'm stuck in the same place. Help!

Looked on the web and found the answers: red sparkling objects can only be cleared by dark characters and lots of people have got stuck in the same room as me, a dragon is meant to throw you out when you jump at it but it seems there's a bug and it doesn't work for a lot of people. Apparently a patch is being worked on.

you have to find the death eater icon and use that character to clear the red sparkles. The Icon is found somewhere in Year 4 The Quidditch World Cup level.

You need to be any death eater. Try Lucious malfoy. Use wimgardium leviosa. The way out of the room is by jumping on the dragon statue. It should blow you up to the top.

when you jump on the dragon keep jumping thats what i did then when you have someone with dark side magic go back down use it on the dark egg you should unlock something repeat the first sentence

For the drajon, make sure to build to dragon. Add the head, and a wing.

When you get stuck in cauldron use the girl and double jump .

You use someone who can use dark magic like snape or voldemort and use wingardium leviosa

When you are stuck there just go up to the dragon and you will fly up

Guys, where is that trap level? In hogwarts, but what floor??

To get out of the trap door in the wingardiam leviousa spell room you need to get the dragon to fling you back up.
