How do I get dudes camera down? I can't figure out how to do it.

Ok this is quite simple all you have to do is cast incendio on the devils snare until it has gone, then put two benches next to the ledge on the left of the devils snare then work your way up fixing the drain pipe and finally a leadge then cast wingardium leviosa and drop the camera down. Hope I helped
