Where are they?! I found two I think. Hermoine is going on and on about talking gargoles so I think theres one close by but WHERE?!

One on staircase to defence against dark arts classroom.
One on outside balcony on third floor (maybe one of other floors)
One in transfiguration courtyard.
One in paved courtyard. (Repair staircase and follow balcony right to the end)
One on one of the bridges

Balcony on the second floor.
Paved courtyard on the balcony.
The bridge by the paved courtyard.
The transfiguration courtyard.
The huge staircase bye the Defence against the dark arts room.
