Play war games' spartan ops, and complete the challenges (the spartan ops and challenges require xbox live).

You can get XP from any infinity game like slayer CTF ect. But the most time saving way is this. First play spartain ops every week, if you have finished the pioneer specilization equip fast track and use the fast track ability for the rest of the game. Then if you have double XP add that for a wopping 13000 XP per game. Still the spartain ops must last 8 mins 30 sec and all players must get 8-10 kills per game.
