I'm not quite sure what you mean by that, but if you mean play campaign with two people, it's easy to set up a splitscreen game. Just switch on a second controller, press the guide button on the new controller, press x, and choose the profile you want for player 2. Then just go to campaign and start a game. If you want the competitive multiplayer, do the same with the controllers, but go to multiplayer-war games-custom games and choose a map and game type, then start the game!

Go into Forge, and from there you can set up a multiplayer VS match.
This isn't for online, just for friends or family using the same console.
