As expected, it's easier to do on lower difficulty settings. 1. You need a precision weapon, like a Battle Rifle, and you need to jump on the hood of the Wraith and melee the hatch open. You can just approach the Wraith and board it with RB (as if to hijack it) but you could accidentally destroy the Wraith doing this. So, I rather recommend you manually jump on the Wraith instead, and beat the hatch open that way. 2. Once this is accomplished, melee the Brute driver as many times as needed to remove his armor. Then, aim your precision weapon directly at the Brute's head while crouching and aiming at an angle where holding RB will NOT cause you to board the Wraith. 3. Once you've managed this, hold RB and pull the trigger. The Brute should die and you'll jack the Wraith before it explodes.

You may have issues with the Wraith moving around, making it frustratingly difficult to jump on, melee the hatch, aim at the Brute, or get in the right angle to hold RB. If you're having issues beating the hatch open manually, RB jump on the Wraith and melee the hatch open that way instead. You're going to eventually need to stand on it to hijack it, though. Be patient.
