Hi. Ok, so my service record is like a rank behind. I just ranked up to sargeant grade 2, but my record says corporal grade 2. Whats up?

That or maybe it was a fluke and you should NOT have leveled up?

This happened to me too but the next after playing online for a bit it put me at sergeant.

You have two differnt ranks one is your overall rank the other is your rank in the current playlist

Your playlist rank may be seargeant but your global rank is corporal.
And for it to show up on your bungie.net sevice record you must play 1 online rank after your rank up.
