In the Flood Gate leval why wont the dead guy throw the skull???

At the start, climb up the hill and follow the trail down to the city. The trail ends when you start to go up the ramp. Look up at the building to your right. A flood jumps from this building across to the other side. Quickly kill it with your BR and it will drop the fog skull. You�ll have to kill him just as he starts to jump away from the building and so that the skull lands nearby. If you miss him, or the skull lands somewhere out of your reach, restart the mission and try again.

The dead guy doesn't through anything, one of the flood drops it when you shoot him at the start.

The dead guy dosen't throw the skull. I think it's one of the flood, who do it.

The flood jumpsoff the roof you must kill him while he is I the act or the skull will fall somewhere where you can't get to it

When you leave the dirt path and go on to the metal/concrete road then look up at the building to your right and a flood will appear there I couldn't shoot him so he dropped the skull where I could get it so I threw a grenade and he went to a different place
