There is a glitch in the level the covanant when plawing co-op on xbox live and it allows you to fly them around but if you go too far you blow up

I'm sorry to inform you that you cannot drive Pelicans or Phantoms in this game. If you want to drive one, on the game Halo Reach, they allow you to drive one, but you have to do a sequence of things. If you wish to know more, ask a question over there, or google!
