I'm stuck on cortana I've been in the room before you get to cortana and pick up the skull but it wont let me get the acheviment am I ding something wrong or is that skull the decoy please give description that is the last skull I need to get

You must do the level on normal or higher, not easy.

In order to gain acheivement by picking up the skulls, you must be doing the game at normal mode or higher.

No you guy's are wrong there are different skulls some don't have acheivements that is why it doesn't work

It must be done on normal, heroic, or legendary for the skulls.
