When you activate a terminal how do you know whether it counts towards the achievement or not so you can go out of it?

Once you have viewed all the text and the screen changes to the red text then that is as far as you need to go. Other wise there is no conformation within the terminal that tells you that you have unlocked it.

If the screen turns red, that means your done.

When you go into the terminal Just keep hitting a until it boots you out of it then itll count towards the achievement.
