There has only been 1 person to get the Recon Armour that doesn't work for bungie, but his account got hacked. But other than that YOU HAVE TO WORK FOR BUNGIE TO GET IT.

You have to do something amazing in matchmaking, get an amazing screen shot or video, and if your a bungie employe you can get it.

You get by doing 3 things:
1. Get 50 in a tournament
2. Become a employee
3. Do something amazing and send a pic or video.

The new vidmaster acheivements 4 in halo 3 that you need to the dlc and 3 in ODST
Gat all those acheivements and you will unlock it
