You need to go onto Xbox live and download them.

You need to go on Xbox Live.
Then you need to go to the Game Marketplace.
After that, go to Game Ad-ons. Then click All Game Ad-ons.
Go down to "G". Then click Guitar Hero 3.
Not all things are free so you're going to need Microsoft Points to buy somethings.
