Hey I got 2 questions.1:when I started the game I had some cars unlocked for all the car types like protypes and stuff,is that supposed to happen? 2:This question has already been asked but is there a cheat to unlock all the cars?

In arcade mode, yes, you unlock more cars you can race through beating more arcade races and time trials. In career I think it's a glitch or those are availiable to buy.
