Where do you get that armor on the front of the cover because iv got some but they are really expensive to repiar

ANSWERS

If you want to repair it, you could get the Jury Rigging perk, which allows you to repair items with other items of only similar type. This perk will allow you to repair the armor with ANY medium armor. The perk does require you to be level 14 and have 90 points in repair, however.
Your other option is to take it to an NPC to get it repaired, although that would be really expensive.
Other than that, you need to kill Veteran Rangers from Camp Gulf and such to get the armor.

Also, if you help the NCR enough and become "Idolized" one of the commanders(I believe Colonel Moore) Will give you a key to a Ranger safehouse which has the armor in there. It's pretty low condition as well, but you said you already had some, so it would help.

The newest DLC (Lonesome Road) has something in it called Elite Riot Gear & an Elite Riot Helmet which I am pretty sure are the same stuff from the cover(Either way it's pretty good stuff 22 or 26DT, the Helmet is 6DT), but it is really expensive to have repaired. However in this DLC there are also Advanced Riot Gear and Riot gear w/ helmets of both types that can be used to fix the Elite. & 1 way of reducing repair costs is the venders in this DLC sell riot gear, so by buying it and having a high enough repair it is considerably cheaper to fix up yourself then having a repaire fix it for you.
