You can pretty much just walk there. It's in the south-westish part of the map, and if memory serves, there are a lot of Bighorners and Giant Mantis' there, but nothing too major. If it's a matter of going in there without the Great Khans killing you, having a good rep with them or wearing one of their uniforms would do the trick.
