You can either get Fawkes to help you or you can go to this computer next to the radiated room and you can fresh it out. If you're even further here's the next answer Once you're in the Citadel talk to the leaders like elder lyons He will tell you to go to this orange map or meet this other guy who will do the same. I'm sorry I haven;t got to this part for a while he mite say to go to this computer and then search vault 87. Then get through the vault by going to lamplight caverns. That should get you far from there leave a comment if you more help list a commrnt

I think you mean the GECK and only Fawkes can retrieve it because of the high amount of radiation around it
