You can't. It's just a bunch of videos of people killing themselves trying to get as high as they can. I've done this once, with the MIRV. I shot it on the ground and killed myself, and I went so high, I hit the game ceiling, or the roof of the game. In case you didn't know, the MIRV is a Fat Man, but can shoot many Mini-nukes at once, around eight. You see why I went so high in the air? You can however, go to space with the Mothership Zeta DLC.
