Location of National Archives....?

I'm trying to find both the Underworld and the National Archives, but I can't seem to find either. I think I;ve mapped out the entire metro system, but I can't seem to find them. I need that Railway Rifle!!!!!

Well, both are in the Mall. I forget where they are in the mall though.
To get to the Mall, go through the Metro tunnel next to Rivet City.

Underworld is in the National History Museum

Underworld is in the National History Museum. Go in, head straight forward, and go through the door under the giant skull. You can't miss it.

Both the ladder and the National Archives are in The Mall. To get to the National History Museum, from the entrance to the Washington Monument, follow the row of buildings on the left. It should be the first one you encounter, and it has an entrance to the subway system in front of it.
The National Archives can be found by going from the Nation History Museum entrance, taking a left, and hugging that side of The Mall until you hit a large building.

Also, as a note, this is NOT the only way to get the Railway Rile. In a random encounter, you will find a hostile Wastelander who has a Railway Rifle. Just kill him and take it.
Alternatively, there are two other Schematics in the Wasteland.
One can be bought from Tulip, a trader in Underworld.
The other can be found at the MDPL-13 Power Station.
Also, if you have Broken Steel, you can unlock a perk that automatically lets you build any custom weapon reguardless of if you have the schematics or not.
