Unique Weapons
Prodigy here.
Can someone give me a list of powerful unique weapons? Also, I've heard of a unique weapon called The BlackHawk Pistol. Can someone tell me how to get it, and how powerful it is?

Blackhawk is a reward from Agatha, for completing the quest Agathas Song. It's quite powerful, better than Lincolns repeater, in my opinion.
Other powerful weapons are Vengeance, A3-21's Plasma Rifle, Xuanlong Assault Rifle, and The Terrible Shotgun.
Probably the best in terms of raw power is Veangeance, especially if you have Ghoul Ecology, from Point Lookout, where it's damage is raised to over 350
