How do I get the key for the locked door inside.

There is a quest called "You Gotta Shoot'em in the Head!". Go to Underworld in the Museum of History. Just go straight when you enter the Museum if you have never been to underworld. Talk to Mr. Crowley when you find him there. He will be sleeping. Just wake him up. He will tell you to go and kill three important people, people that are bigots to Ghouls. There is a fourth for a bonus. After you kill these people, and took the keys off of their bodies, go back to Mr. Crowley and finish the quest. Now, you have a two options, you can:
A. Not finish the quest, but go back to Mr. Crowley and pickpocket his key, and go back to the Fort when you have all the keys. B. You can give the keys to Mr. Crowley and finish the quest, then after, he starts to run away. Start following him. He goes into a train tunnel, go in there, and kill him. Yes, kill him. He is no importance anymore. Take the keys off his body. (This is what I did). Make sure he is nowhere near friendlies because they will attack you when you kill him.

Also during the quest you don't have to kill the four he wants dead, you can lie to him and get the bonus anyway, just pickpocket and or buy the keys off the people. You don't have to wait for Mr. Crowley to get all the way to the tunnels if you don't want to, just kill him when he walks into the main lobby of the museum right after he leaves Underworld. I also found it funny that the only real biggot out of the 4 was Tenpenny.
