There are twenty-three(23) different weapon schematics in Fallout 3.
1) Rock-It Launcher - Wasteland Mini-Encounter: Merchant Trader Caravan - Sold by or found in the inventory of Crazy Wolfang.
2) Nuka Grenade - Wasteland Mini-Encounter: Merchant Trader Caravan - Sold by or found in the inventory of Doc Hoff.
3) Shishkebab - Wasteland Mini-Encounter: Merchant Trader Caravan - Sold by or found in the inventory of Lucky Harith.
4) Deathclaw Gauntlet - Mini-Encounter: Wounded Deathclaw - On the wounded Wastelander.
5) Dart Gun - Found in the MDPL-05 Power Station - On the ground, near the skeleton.
6) Shishkebab - Brotherhood Outcast Shack - On the table, near a Work Bench, close to SatCom Array NN-03d.
7) Railway Rifle - MDPL-13 Power Station - Inside, on the Work Bench.
8) Dart Gun - Temple of the Union - Miscellaneous Quest: Head of State. Possible reward for quest by helping the Slaves.
9) Bottlecap Mine - Little Lamplight - Sold by or found in the inventory of Knick Knack.
10) Shishkebab - Meresti Trainyard - Miscellaneous Quest: Blood Ties, possible reward for quest.

15) Bottlecap Mine - Tenpenny Tower - Freeform Quest: A Manhandled Manservant. Inside Dashwood's Safe.
16) Rock-It Launcher - Vault 101 - Miscellaneous Quest: Trouble on the Homefront, behind your mother's favorite Bible verse. Average lock.
17) Rock-It Launcher - Megaton - Craterside Supplies, sold by or in the inventory of Moira Brown.
18) Bottlecap Mine - Megaton - Craterside Supplies, reward from Moira Brown for Miscellaneous quest: The Wasteland Survival Guide.
19) Nuka Grenade - Cliffside Cavern - Hidden inside the Yao Guai Cave, follow the left wall, drop down, and lok for the rock surrounded by skeletons.
20) Rock-It Launcher - Rivet City - In the bridge tower third-floor armory. Very Hard lock.
21) Deathclaw Gauntlet - Rivet City - Freeform Quest: Council Seat, possible reward for helping Bannon.
