Where is it? I looked on youtube and I went to the same place but it's not there! They were only skeletons. HELP PLEASE!!!!

Well the sewers aren't that big in Old Olney, so if you just look thoroughly you'll find it. After all it's the only body with power armor on. If you still can't find it must be a glitch.
