i got 2 questions
1. I'm at the pitt and I just talked to Arshur and now I'm supposed to leave the building but the door keeps saying I need a key but I don't have it, what the hell do I do? 2. I have the lawbringer perk but who do I sell the fingers to?

Check to see if there are any other exits. If not then pickpocket him to see if he has a key. If that doesn't work you'll have to load back. I don't really know, but my best guess is Lucas Simms.

You have to talk to his wife, Sandra I think her name is, about the cure which happens to be the baby. You then can bring the baby to Wherner (or however you spell eye-patch guy's name) which makes you side with the slaves or you can keep the baby there then go and kill Wherner. Before you do that you have to go to the lady that Wherner sent you to meet at the beginning of the Pitt. When you get the perk, it tells you that you have to go to the Regulator's HQ to turn them in. It is north of the Wheaton's Armory.

I don't know much about the pitt but I can can tell you how to sell fingers. Ok if you have the lawbringer perk then you can sell them to a girl that is the leader of the regulators. And when you take the perk, it will be marked on your map.

The answer to the first question is to talk to Ashur's wife Sandra and either take or leave the baby. The answer to the second question is give the fingers to the leader of the regulators.

1 once you leave I don't think you can get back in because I've been trying so I can get his power armor 2 you sell the fingers to the regulators
