I search all over the junk yard and can't find him can some one answer please and he did not die cause I did not find the puppies at 101

The puppies only show up if you have the perk. Also, did you already meet him? If not, it's possible he already died, like a powerful enemy showed up and killed him. If so, he may have glitched to death (IE, leaving him in your house. There's a glitch where he falls through the floor of your house, and he probably keeps falling forever without dying.)

He appears at ramdom times, but should be I NW corner
It may be fighting some raiders
