1- Quick Save? Well, you can NORMAL save by hitting start, selecting save, and then selecting the file you want to save it on. There are the auto-saves where the game saves whenever you change areas, level up, or do something else significant, exc, but no quicksave like a hotkey on a computer.

2- I don't think you can. If it can ever be repaired, you would have to have a shopkeeper repair it for you (After investing 700 caps in Crazy Wolfgang's traveling merchant store, he has the best repair skill of the shopkeepers at 75.)

3 - It's a random encounter. Sometimes, randomly, a alien craft will go streaking across the sky. Check the area under where you saw it, and, and this will take a LOT of searching, you can find the Firelance, as well as a maximum of 24 Alien Power Cells. These are probably the rarest ammo in the game, so be careful and use them wisely. You can also find this gun's counterpart (Which is probably stronger), the Alien Blaster, at the Alien Crash site near Old Olney with a lot of alien Power Cells. Other locations for this ammo include: An overturned truck close to the Jury Street Metro Station, and the basement armory of the Brotherhood Outcast base (Fort Independence) in some ammo boxes. If you're having trouble finding the blaster and ammo, Dogmeat's weapon and ammo searching ability can speed up the process.

Hope this helps.

To Quicksave.....you can
A. Wait, by pressing back and wait as long as you want.
B. Find a new area/enter a new area/complete a quest.
You can also go to the pause menu and save.

I don't know any other suits that you can find. Go to a person that can repair it. It will cost caps though. The Firelance? I never found it...yet. It's a random encounter where a alien spaceship goes across the sky and crashes I believe. If not, look around and you should find it.

KingofCorn answered:

Firelance spawns randomly as your walking around the capitol wasteland it falls from the sky after a loud explosion if you have dogmeat as a companion he will help you find it quicker
