I just came out of Moriarty's saloon and I noticed that I could now move the camera in any direction, thus disabling me from aiming and having to strafe constantly. I also noticed that it only effects that one save file, and not any other ones. Is there a way to fix this?

Try snapping the camera back to first person and then out to third person again. If it affects both views, I don't know. Try reloading the save, and if that doesn't work, you'll have to restart the file entirely. Count yourself lucky that it only happened on one save file.
Hope this helps.
As loony suggested, try switching between third and first person views. If that doesn't work, click and hold the right thumbstick in third person and try moving the camera around the player. That's all I can think of. Good luck with finding a solution.
