I already got the scamitics from doc hoff and "the nuka-cola chalange" where is the third?

The third and final Nuka Grenade schematics are found in the Cliffside Cavern, also known as the Yao Guai Cave.
You'll find the Yao Guai Cave just north-northwest of The Overlook Drive-In and west of Andale. When you get to the cave, just follow the left wall, drop down a level and look for a batch of skeletons around a rock formation, the schematics will be right behind that rock.

Sartan 085 right about where the cave is at and where the schmatics are 2, but an easier way to get their is 2 travel from girshade. And a bobble head is at the cave 2 farther bak on a crate. BUT DONT GO THEIR WITH OUT THE ANIMAL FRIEND PERK OR IF U HAVE TONS OF STIMBAKS CAUS THEIR R LOTS OF THOSE MUTAITED BEARS THERE & U WILL GET KILLED EASYLY WITHOUT THEM. Hoped I have helped.
