i need more help finding these bobble heads.

The energy weapons is in RavenROCK, the Enclave base. After the quest "Finding the Garden of Eden", you'll get knocked out and taken to Raven Rock to start the quest, "The American Dream." I believe that after you enter area 2C, you'll come to a fork, where there's a door to the right, and a door to the left. Two Enclave soldiers will come out of the right door and attack you. Kill them, and then take the door on the LEFT. You'll now be in Col. Autumn's Bedroom. On the right of the room, on the table, will be the bobblehead. Don't miss the other good supplies in there, including some weapons and ammo behind the forcefield if you have high enough science, and the self-destruct code for the base.

Rockopolis is VERY annoying to find, as it isn't marked on the map. I suggest going at night, because the entrance glows then. Head west into the rocks and mountains. Among the rock cliffs there should be a large boulder in front of one of the rock cliffs with a banner over it. At night, the rock will have a glow around it. That rock is the door to rockopolis. Inside, you will find a 10mm pistol, a holotape labled "Better Days", the Unarmed Bobblehead, and and corpse of Argyle. (NOTE: If you tell "Daring" Dashwood in Tenpenny tower that you found Argyle dead, he'll give you the key to his safe where you can get a Bottlecap Mine Schematic and some good loot.)
