Try The Vault. It's the Fallout wiki page and it has nearly all the information you could possibly need. Once you get there, go for Lincoln's Repeater and the Xaulong Assault Rifle.

You could easily just go to the SuperCheats Walkthrough Guide which has all the clothing,all weapons and all unique wepons, armour and unique armour as well. It also has guide's on the Perks,Stats and how to make a good all round character.
