I don't have a PS3 but I would probably say that Fallout 3 is better on Xbox 360. I don't remember where I saw it but there was a video comparing the two. I think the people said that it looks about the same and that it was better on the 360.

It doesn't really matter. My friend has a HDTV and has Fallout 3 for the PS3 and I have the same for Xbox360. They look the same and they play the same. I prefer Xbox though. If you are better on Xbox get it for that or the other way around.
