There isn't unlimited experience but there is a way you can get a LOT. One way is to get your speech up, I dunno to what level, and got to Big Town, which is somewhere northeast, I think, of Megaton. Talk to a girl who goes around the town, her name is Bittercup, and CHOOSE THE NICE ANSWERS! Once you've been nice to her she should say that she came to Big Town with another guy who is in Big Town, I can't remember his name, but go and talk to him. There should be a speech challenge that might be 100% that says something like, You came here with Bittercup? And you just keep on asking that for a little experience every time. Another way is to get your sneak up to level 60 and get the Sandman perk. Then go to a town that has little kids in it, find where they sleep, and sneak and activate them to do the Sandman kill to get experience, but since they are kids you can't kill them so you can just keep on activating them to get experience. The best town to do this is a town that starts with A but I can't think of the name of it right now(and it's not Arefu). You could also go to Megaton and go to the kids there. Hope This Helped

Doing missions and killing enemies works pretty well.
